The Simplified Process

- Dial 1-866-577-3195 or 312-279-0005 to dictate

- Enter Your User Name

- Enter Your PIN #

- At Main Menu

• Press 2 to dictate
• Press 0 for personal options
• Press 0 for help
• Press # to end

- During Dictation

• Press 4 to rewind three seconds
• Press 5 to pause recording/resume
• Press 6 to forward three seconds
• Press 0 for help
• Press # to end your dictation

- After Dictation

• Press 1 for STAT/Normal (Press 1 for STAT, press 1 again for Normal, etc.)
• Press 2 to dictate a new record
• Press 3 to play from beginning
• Press 4 to rewind three seconds
• Press 6 to forward three seconds
• Press 7 to cancel or delete
• Press 8 to listen to current dictation
• Press 9 to change groups
• Press * for Main Menu
• Press 0 for Help
• Press # to end your call

- Retrieving Dictation

• Log on to www.eTransMed.com
• Click on "Customer Login"
• Type in User Name and Password
• Completed dictations will be listed for your
  review, edit, save and print
