Process 1: Upload & Download procedures

Dictation from the physician is stored as digital voice files, which are uploaded via the Internet or access through VPN on to our secured EMR server. Our site provides you with pre-configured software, which allows you to upload the voice files and download the completed reports. You are provided with a secure password to access your file directory on our site.

Process 2: Transcription

The downloaded audio files are assigned to our transcriptionists who are dedicated to handle specific accounts. The file is then transcribed at our transcription station and put into a customized format that is pre-defined by the client. You can provide any requisite file templates(We support Word formats).

Process 3: Quality check

Editors, and Quality Assurance and specialist will then proofread the transcribed report. This enables us to maintain an accuracy level of 98% and above at all times.

Process 4: Delivery of Reports

Completed reports are then uploaded to your personal etransmed platform.

Process 5: Archival

We have in place self-reliant, fault tolerant archival and retrieval system for better data/audio management and care. Generally, data files are archived indefinitely
